Gumbok Rangan

This is a high rocky precipice rising to a height of 5320m and is located in the  Kurgiakh Valley of Zanskar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.  Local inhabitants consider it sacred. Mani walls (stone tablets or stones engraved with prayers and put together) can be found at the foothills of the Gumbok Rangan precipice.
