Care for Wildlife

The Guindy Children’s Park, spread in 22 acres, housing over 500 wild animals and 300 birds, have stepped up efforts to save its wildlife from the searing heat. Bird cages are sprinkled with water, and monkeys, deer, chickens etc are given showers. Some animals are given more fruits, including grapes, watermelon, sweet lime and bananas. Dry goods are being removed to prevent any breakout of fire. For the convenience of visitors, snacks and purified drinking water are provided at three places.
