Summer in Flight
With the sun shining bright and the trees in full bloom, the weather in the city is perfect to host the several migratory birds that flock to Chennai at this time of the year.
When TNIE lensman Ashwin Prasath visited Perumbakkam wetland on Sunday morning, he was greeted by several winged friends who have made the city their home. From Black Winged Stilt, Common Snipes, Egrets, Pintail Ducks, to Painted Storks and Pelicans, here are some snaps of the commonly spotted avian on the wetland.
