‘Paadabhisheka’ was performed on the 39-ft-high monolithic statue of Bahubali, in Dharmasthala. It is held every year while the Mahamastakabhisheka of Bahubali is held once every 12 years. The Mahamastakabhisheka has been performed four times – in 1982, 2007 and in 2019 – since the installation of the statue in 1982.
